Introduction
Bullet's dial up service is for anyone who requires standard Internet access without the overhead expenses. Our dial up Internet service is suitable for people who browse the web occasionally, use online banking, check e-mails and need to use the Internet in general.

What do I need to get online?
Active Phone Service
You will need an active phone line service in order to be able to connect to our service.

Compatible Dialup Modem
You will need either an internal or external 56K modem in order to be able to connect to the Internet. These modems can be purchased at your local computer store or larger retailers. Bullet Internet recommends purchasing a V.92 modem, which are widely available.

Dial-In Numbers
Please ensure that you are using the correct dial-in number for your area when using the service. This means dialling into the service will be charged as a local phone call.

Below are the dial-in numbers:

Melbourne - 9010 6411
National - 0198 333 880

If you live outside of the Sydney or Melbourne local call area, please use the National number.

Call Charges
It is your responsibility to verify that the service dial-in number you are dialing will be charged as a local call from your location.

If unsure, please always contact your telephone service provider - otherwise, STD phone charges may apply.

	Antivirus + Spam Filtering Bullet offers free Email antivirus and spam filtering services to all customers.
