Broadband Internet: Business

Introduction
Embrace the world of high speed Internet into your Office with a Bullet Broadband ADSL service. With a Bullet Broadband connection you can experience up to 30x times the speed you enjoy with a 56K dial up modem.

You also enjoy always on Internet without being disconnected or needing to disconnect to use your phone.

How does it work?
The service makes use of your existing telephone line. It splits the signal into two channels, one for voice communications and the other for the high-speed data connection. It makes use of a frequency range not used in normal voice communications:

Do I still have to pay Telstra line rental if I get ADSL?
Yes. Telstra's telephone billing (line rental and call charges) are unrelated to your ADSL. You will, however, not have to make any calls to the Internet as the ADSL is an always-on connection.

What do I need to get online?
Compatible ADSL Exchange
You will need a Telstra telephone landline and you need to be within approximately 3.5 to 4 kilometres of an ADSL enabled exchange. Your line must pass a number of tests before installation can go ahead.

An ADSL Modem or Router
Bullet Broadband will supply you with a modem or router at additional cost. You can also bring your own modem to our network. View our range of ADSL Modems and Routers if you presently do not own a modem.
